My mother said they were lovely and they arrived on time for her birthday. She’s been sick lately so it was a pick me up she said, and she really loved them.

Tried to deliver to Karla. Knocked on door several times. Rang the door bell which was a Ring Camera. Left a card on the door for redelivery. You were notified of the attempted delivery at 10:48 and instead of calling the shop you started sending emails at 3:15 questioning us on if we even tried to deliver, did we knock on the door, did we ring the door bell, did we call. I promptly returned your money.

I appreciate your response over many years and this month with the grave blanket for Greggy. I am grateful that you follow my wishes as to color and ornaments to his bouquet on his birthday and this month which is usually after Thanksgiving the blanket ( I hope blue flowers were put on top). I live in Tennessee and sent flowers to my mother in Fostoria, Ohio for her 84th. Birthday. The Flowerland web site was easy to use, and the delivery was right on time! The conformation that the flowers were delivered was sent to me asap, and my mother call stating she received the beautiful flowers. I love when things go according to plan. I have ordered several planters for various reasons in the past 2-3 weeks and they have all been gorgeous! With that said, the last order I specifically asked for no peace lilies due to an allergy of someone being in close proximity of the recipient. The order contained 2 blooming peace lilies. Overall, you're doing a great job, just be more aware of special requests.
